‘Milte hain ground mai,' say Amir and Sharjeel, who are looking forward to the PSL 6 challenge.

KARACHI: Mohammad Amir, the pacer for the defending champion Karachi Kings, and Sharjeel Khan, the opener, are eager to take on the challenge in the final season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL).

‘Milte hain ground mai,' say Amir and Sharjeel, who are looking forward to the PSL 6 challenge.

The rest of the PSL 6 will most likely begin in Abu Dhabi in the first week of June. The event's revised itinerary is on hold while the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) awaits permits for members of the broadcasting team from South Africa and India.

Meanwhile, Amir and Sharjeel shared their excitement for the huge event in a video message.

“Get ready because PSL 6 is about to begin in a few minutes. We will miss playing in Pakistan, but it is encouraging to see cricket return to the country. Amir said, "Meet you in the ground now."

“Karachi Kings is ready, and you should get ready for the enthralling PSL 6,” Sharjeel said. We'll now meet in Abu Dhabi for the PSL 6 show.”

It's worth noting that PSL 6 was moved to Abu Dhabi after the National Control and Command Operation (NCOC) objected to the tournament being held in Karachi owing to the COVID-19 escalation.
